Black River Fingerboards Uk

Goodbye Alex, hello Sinde. Uncle Boonmee

Apparently, finally, after some modifications, the controversial Sinde Act see the light. A law not content to anyone, not to the Internet or the authors, and which ultimately left to the judges the closure of websites to disseminate information offending against the law of copyright.
Only three days after the announcement, the law has already claimed its first victim. Alex Church, current president of the Academy of Motion announces, via Twitter and a letter to El PaĆs that will leave the presidency of the Academy held the day after the 25 Gala Awards Ceremony Goya.
Apparently, according to the director's own words, his intention when he started all the hype of the controversial law was always to meet with Internet and authors to achieve consensus between both parties. Was so talked to the minister who gives name to the law and had done and already had proposals from both parties.
Angeles Gonzalez-Sinde, however, decides unilaterally seek a political settlement instead of social agreement that he had spoken with the director and, after achieving, presents the new amendments to the law that will ultimately be approved.
Alex of The Church, feeling betrayed and in disagreement with the end of Act Sinde then takes the decision to leave office, not immediately but after the next Gala Goya, in order not to be charged to avoid responsibility to the event. Today
skipped the news that Carlos Cuadros , director of the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA) , and moving walks away wires to Alex of The Church of the Gala Goya to the minister "does not feel uncomfortable."
The truth is that what lies behind all this mess is the creation of a law intended to end web sites dedicated to free dissemination of culture. Web sites, so far, let us have access to film work countries and directors who will never see light on the screens of our cinemas anyone remember when was the last time you opened in a theater in our country Aleksandr Sokurov film , Park Chan-Wook , Philippe Garrel , Kim Ki-Duk or Jia Zhangke, to give some examples?
They want to force us to scratch our pocket for an expensive cinema ticket that requires us to see a film accompanied by the conversations of uneducated viewers , surrounded by the incessant noise of chewed popcorn around the room and rocked by the incessant kicking on the back of our chair in a room which will be expelled as soundtrack and the end credits still are being planned.
Dissemination of culture itself, but only through cash and in poor condition.
You really think this will rescue the English Film ? What flocked to see Death is the Ugly , English Movie , Mentiras y Gordas or The Dagger of Rasputin? When there was no Internet not going to the cinema to see these films.
The authors would do better worrying about producing a better movie than going by supporting legislation that only go the expense of culture.
Alex of The Church seems like a smart and consistent "who wants to leave the presidency of Academy? for him to leave. That stop politicking and focus on what he does best: making movies. If I download the movie and after seeing her, I think good may go to the cinema to see it. What is certain is that if, after downloading it and see it, I feel good the gain at DVD or Blu-Ray what happens, that's not charged?
