God knows that when you eat of it, will open your eyes and be like God, knowing good and evil.

He neglected to say that God made to "grow and multiply" without clarifying the method for doing this was beginning to take their toll. I suppose that Adam and Eve found their natural method to multiply the good Lord had put in their bodies, but apparently this method is not liked by its designer. Surely the good Lord had hoped to use some other method to date unknown. Was there some other method of human reproduction than the Adam and Eve found?
